Appreciating their Ingenuity
The work consists of four parts, each of which corresponds to the work of security guards, cleaners and couriers. Through their work wear and the (DIY) tools they use, we can better understand the nature of their work and appreciate their ingenuity. Visitors can touch and try out most of them, including upgraded brooms, rolling bamboo baskets, courier bags with virtual weights and a 1:1 scale security desk. Certain symbols are hidden in the artworks; I’ll will leave it to you to find and interpret them.
