Mobile Planting

A community garden programme hosted by The Women's Centre.
The objective was to design a mobile planting installation with students in the neighbourhood, making use of design thinking process. In response to the obstacles of planting inside the estate which include space restrictions, mosquitos and puddles, a set of design guidelines was integrated from its prototype development to the final version. This “Mobile Planter” has been used for a period of time. Students will push it to other areas of the estate to demonstrate the outcome, interact with the neighbours and recruit new members.

Urban Space Project: Aquaponics

To design an indoor Aquaponics system, “Module” concept is adopted. With aspect ratio 1:2, a free combination of single or double decks can act in concert with numerous scenarios. If further developed, weatherproof and semi-automated design will be implemented.

A New Concept: Taking Plants Out for a Walk. Why can we walk dogs but not take plants out?
Just like Leon in the movie “Léon: The Professional“, who treats plants like friends or pets.
This project collaborates with “Interweave“, a group of community tailors.
