Cultural Bird Divination
“Bird divination” is a rare local culture. As the divination master trains the bird, it will jump out of the cage and draw the “chim” ( lottery poetry ). “Divination by Cultural Bird” is a game that was inspired by bird divination. In this game, clockwork birds are used instead of real birds, and the “chim” contains words and graphics related to the culture of the Yau Tsim Mong District. During the game, the clockwork bird will draw the “chim” for the players after they ask their questions, they have to try to understand the “chim” and associate them with their questions. The artist hopes to promote regional culture through this playful game.

Yau Tsim Mong Past & Now
We all enjoy looking at old street scenes because there is a feeling of travelling through time and space, we also imagine how our older family members lived in those places. "Yau Tsim Mong Past & Now" is an image comparison game. In the Yau Ma Tei Theatre model, photos of old streets and disappeared theatres in Yau Tsim Mong District are displayed. Participants have to match them with the photos of the current street scenes and leave comments on the score sheets. Different generations of Hong Konger can discuss together as the changes in regional culture of Hong Kong continues.
