Touching Walls

As a child, I would often touch the wall with my hand while walking. When I grew up I realized some children would do the same. This artwork was one of the exhibits in the 6^th Touch Art Festival. A series of small objects were placed into a long horizontal box and hung on the wall. Participants would put their hands inside the box and stroke the objects as they were walking. They had to feel the “content” that was formed.
